YOGA & MEDITATION PRACTICE
Every morning we’ll head to the beach to energize and activate with a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice as the sun rises. A gentle flow dynamic practice that will prepare you for the day. We’ll end the practice with a refreshing swim before a delicious freshly prepared breakfast on board.
At sunset, either at the beach or on the yacht deck, Marta, our yoga teacher, will guide you through a restorative practice, yin yoga or gentle hatha yoga and through other ancient yogic techniques of pranayama, kundalini and meditation. After the evening session a delightful vegetarian dinner will await us.
Every retreat is different as we create a tailor-made experience considering the participants characteristics, abilities and experience. No matter if you are an expert yogi or a total beginner we will practice at your level and taking care of your needs. Since we want you to feel free and light, none of the activities is compulsory so you can skip one if you need to.

Sailing around Menorca is an amazing way to get to know this island of unique beauty. Menorca has more beaches than Mallorca and Ibiza combined and many of them are virgin beaches, with no facilities. The most unspoilt spots of course are only reachable by boat. The north has wild sharp dramatic cliffs, red beaches and secluded bays and contrast with the soft white gentle white-sanded beaches from the south.
Everyday we’ll be sailing from spot to spot and you’ll get the chance to learn about sailing through our expert captain Eva. During the daily navigation time you can either learn about sailing or just take time for yourself to relax on the deck.
If you have never stepped on a sailing yacht you don’t need to worry we’ll conduct and extensive briefing to make you familiar and comfortable with the boat before the departure. Life onboard is great fun and you’ll see you’ll get confident with the yacht a lot faster than you expect.

Our chef Elena has designed a plant-based Mediterranean menu with plenty of locally grown fruits and vegetables. The diet is ovo-lacto-vegetarian and is designed to detox and nourish you. All food and beverages on board are provided, mostly local, organic and freshly prepared.
After our yoga practice at sunrise an energetic breakfast will be ready. At lunchtime we propose a cooking activity so that you get the chance to learn some new fresh vegetarian recipes proposed by our chef. For dinner we’ll enjoy a gourmet vegetarian feast. Our experience is that collaborating as a crew during the preparation of the meals is great fun and makes the experience even better. If required, we can adapt to special diets, – let us know and we will find an alternative for you.
On the two free evenings on land you’ll have the chance to taste some of the regional delights at local restaurants.

Every day you’ll have free time to explore the island and discover the sea-life. Paddling and snorkel equipments are at any time available on board. You will love diving in Menorca’s calm and crystal clear waters.
